今天读来，也还是有一定借鉴的用途。
同其它有中文译本的书一样，这本 The chrysanthemum and the sword 也是看英文原著有意思。
那中文翻译还有什么意义吗？还是有的。如果对一本英文书，不太了解大概意思，完全可以先看中文。在知道梗概之后，慢慢地读原文，岂不更好🥰

另外一本写战后日本中产阶层的书，Ezra Vogel (傅高义) 的《日本新中产阶级》，目前我只看到中文版本。虽说我读了中文电子书，然而我还没有读到它的英文版，所以暂时不推荐。
